NEAPOLI is an ancient Greek term describing the process of creating new (nea) urban spaces (polis) and reflects our mission to shape the next generation built environment.
With a current working portfolio of over 25 million square feet, we aim to create environments that are socially, environmentally and financially responsible and resource-efficient throughout their life-cycle: from site selection, to design, construction, management and demolition. Our practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, health and comfort.
